When are One Direction getting Together ? One Direction Reunion 2021?
2020 marked 10 years since the band ‘One Direction’ was formed. The band consisting of 6 members Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Zayn Malik were put together on a British reality show ‘X- Factor. In the year 2016, the band decided to take a break and since then their fans have been eagerly waiting for their return and have one question "When are One Direction getting Together?"

As per the band member Liam Payne, the band is more likely to be reuniting to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. In an interview, he said ,
” I can’t say too much we’ve got 10th Anniversary coming up, so we have all been catching up and talking about this a lot over the last few weeks, which has been really nice. He further added, we have also been listening to the fan's voices and seeing lots of content of when we were together and many other things which we haven’t seen before and it’s really interesting”.
Liam Payne also said that he is not allowed to talk much about the ‘reunion’. But he did confirm that the band members have been talking about it a lot at the moment.

Not only Liam even Niall Horan has stated in an interview with James Cordon that the band could be together. He said,
“When I look back now, I realize how lucky we were. No one were doing stadiums at that time and it was just too insane.”
Even Harry Styles made a rare appearance on Twitter, he wrote
“I’ve been struggling to put into words how grateful I am for everything that’s happened for the last 10 years. I’ve seen things and places that I’ve only dreamt of when I was growing up.”

Band member Louis Tomlinson is also looking forward to the band reunion. In an interview with ‘BBC Breakfast Club’ Louis said that the reunion was “inevitable”, he further added he is not sure when this is going to happen though. He was on the show to promote his album titled “Walls”.

Band members have started following Zayn on social media.
As per the fans, the band fell out when Zayn Malik originally left the band in 2015. Since then all the band members had unfollowed Zayn Malik, but recently they have again refollowed Zayn and the fans are believing that he would be included in the 10 year anniversary.
But unfortunately, 2020 was not a normal year because of the COVID-19 pandemic many shows, plans had to be postponed and this leaves us with the year 2021. Although we don’t know what the future holds but we can be optimistic and hope that the pandemic will end and we can see the band together again.
Despite having a busy schedule and not being together the band members seem to be really close.
